With more than 60 years of history, RESTAURANT PESQUERO is an emblematic place that is already part of the emotional memory of many of the citizens of Palma and its visitors.

Located in the center of Palma, on the sea, in the fishing port, next to historic buildings, such as the Cathedral, the Lonja, the Consolat de la Mar, the Lonja pier, etc., the RESTAURANT PESQUERO is an ideal place to relax, enjoy our traditional Mediterranean cuisine, rice dishes, fish, shellfish and grilled meats. At the FISHING RESTAURANT we only work with top quality raw materials. This and the good work of Chef Miguel Ángel Miró are the perfect tandem to achieve the best results.

The RESTAURANT PESQUERO performs the provision of catering services and events taking care of both their level of quality and environmental protection. For this, we take care of the relationships with customers, users, suppliers, public administration and other interested parties that interact with our activity.

With the ultimate goal of continuously improving the provision of our services and being sustainable with the environment, we have opted to establish this Quality Policy, Environment, as a reference framework and which represents the following commitment:

    Make the quality of our service an element of distinction with respect to our competition. Invest in improvements both to the premises of the activity and to the management procedures. Guarantee our commitment to protecting the environment, as well as other specific commitments pertinent to the context of our organization, including reducing the impact of climate change. Make an effort for the sustainable use of the resources it uses, promoting their efficient use and the practice of recycling waste, managing it in the most respectful of the environment. Seek the satisfaction of our customers and other interested parties with whom we interact. Always operate under strict compliance with applicable legislation as well as other applicable requirements in relation to interaction with interested parties.

In order to comply with the commitments set forth above and continuing with its desire to continuously improve, we have opted to manage through a Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the UNE EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN ISO 14001 Standards.

All RESTAURANT PESQUERO personnel are urged to support this Quality and Environment Policy by developing their functions and responsibilities in such a way that it is possible to achieve the improvement objectives.
